📄Basic collection info

First step in creating the NFT collection is to provide basic collection info.

Start by choosing the collection types. Read here about Qvrse Collection Types and Visual Uploads for NFTs. Then continue to provide the required basic info.

Collection Name: Enter the name of your NFT collection that will be displayed publicly on the NFT card.

Collection Symbol Choose a unique symbol or abbreviation for your collection. While not displayed on the platform, this symbol is crucial for secondary market trading (e.g., on OpenSea).

Collection Description Provide a compelling description that highlights the unique story and key features of your collection. Ensure the collection name and description are engaging and interconnected, as they will appear on the NFT collection page.

Number of created NFTs: Determine the total number of NFTs in your collection. You can opt for a limited number to create exclusivity and potentially increase value, or choose an unlimited collection to enhance accessibility. Note: If selecting the NFT surprise bag collection type, only a limited number of NFTs is permissible. Read more here.

Upload Story Preview: Add a story that complements your NFT collection. This is optional and will be accessible via a 'story' button on the collection page.

Purchase Settings: Choose when to allow the purchase of the NFTs—either immediately or at a later time. The NFT will be immediately displayed on Qvrse however the GET FREE NFT or BUY NFT button will be disabled. Choose this option to create anticipation of the NFT collection and as a great marketing push. If the collection will be bought at a later time choose the time and date upon clicking the calendar button.

Collection Visibility Decide when NFTs can be purchased—either immediately or at a later date. In both scenarios, NFTs will be visible on Qvrse right away. However, the 'GET FREE NFT' or 'BUY NFT' buttons will be disabled if you opt for delayed purchasing. Utilizing delayed sales can build anticipation and serve as a powerful marketing strategy. If you choose to delay the sale, specify the exact time and date using the calendar feature. To keep the NFT hidden until the sale, opt for the private NFT option below.

Saving Your Progress

To proceed to the next step, click Save and Continue. If you prefer to finish later, select Save for Later to store the form in drafts. You can access your drafts by navigating to Brand Profile, selecting Create Collection, and the pop-up containing your collection drafts will automatically appear when you visit the page.
